Reason

The project idea comes out from a previous transnational exchange partnership. All participants have been working with trainers and regularly analyzing their learning needs. Based on the analysis of motivational methods used in LLL it has been found out that each institution is successfully using its method that is not well known to others or efficiently used. The aim of the multilateral project is to develop the most interesting methods (5) and implement them into the course that is included in Comenius-Grundtvig database. Alongside innovative methods there will be elaborated methodological material to increase interest and motivation of adult learners in various educational areas and improve the quality and attractiveness of and access to adult education.

Main activities

To set up a team of professionals who will pool together expertise, propose the content of the course consisting of 5 modules, learning approach, methodology and evaluation.

Each module will be presented and tested in the country of its origin, evaluated and modified. Modules will be implemented in a final course. Curricula and methodologies of each module and the final course will be available to potential learners on the web portal. The final course with innovative learning approaches and methods will be included C-G database.

Delivery: in EN, ES, DE and CZ languages.

• Web portal will be in EN, ES, DE, CZ. Materials as handbooks and toolboxes in EN and in the language of the modules' origin. Other outputs in EN.

Impact and dissemination

Short-term beneficiaries are trainers and learners of partners´ institutions. Long-term ones are adult learners of Grundtvig course and trainers E-associated. Outputs will be disseminated via a final conference, web portal, electronic newsletter, brochure, regional authorities and distributed in project countries.
